Classical Hatha Yoga
The student will learn different movements and postures that, when incorporated with deep breathing
methods, will promote total body wellness. Blood flow, relaxation, strength, flexibility, balance
and mental well being and clarity are all enhanced by this method of Yoga. Understanding the connection between body,
mind and breath can promote a more physically fit bogy and clearer mind.
First time students will
start out slow and build to more difficult poses at a pace that is best for them.
